Florida HUD Fair Market Rents: FY 2027 vs. FY 2026
Florida’s published two-bedroom rent benchmarks move in different directions. North Port–Bradenton–Sarasota rises 11.7%, while Cape Coral–Fort Myers falls 6.4%. Miami-Dade rises 5.3%, and the Tampa area falls 3.0%.
