Georgia HUD Fair Market Rents: FY 2027 vs. FY 2026
HUD’s published two-bedroom rent benchmarks move in different directions across selected areas containing Georgia counties. Columbus’s cross-state area rises 11.4%, while Atlanta’s area falls 3.2%. Brunswick–St. Simons rises 6.6%, and Savannah changes by just $1 a month.
